The Cultural Affairs Unit extends its warmest congratulations to the RTU Kultura Rizalia for winning 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓲𝓸𝓷 in the Dance Category of “𝓨’𝓮𝓻𝓼 𝓖𝓸𝓽 𝓣𝓪𝓵𝓮𝓷𝓽” during the 47𝘵𝘩 𝘠𝘔𝘊𝘈 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 & 27𝘵𝘩 𝘠𝘔𝘊𝘈 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘣 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘴' Seminar-Workshop, held on December 6–9, 2025, at Senior Mess, Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City.

This achievement reflects the troupe’s dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence in the performing arts. Your hard work and passion proudly represented the University on a national platform, bringing honor to the RTU community.

We commend the Members, Alumni, and the Culture and Arts Assistant in Dance, who contributed to this milestone. Congratulations, Kultura Rizalia, for raising the RTU banner with pride and distinction.
