PRAYER FOR SEMINARIANS

Oh God, hear our prayer for the men you have chosen to follow in your Son's footsteps. Teach them humility and fidelity to unselfishly help others. May their devotion to Our Blessed Mother, Queen of Vocations increase, enabling them to do your will. Strengthen their prayer life so that they may grow spiritually without worldly distractions. Give them courage and perseverance in their studies. May the Holy Spirit lighten their struggles with their vocations, until they know the joy of being a priest. We ask this through Christ your Son.
Amen.

Let us include SEM. JAN ALFRED I. IBARRETA in our prayers that he may persevere more in his vocation.

He is currently a Configuration Stage I seminarian at St. Joseph Regional Seminary Graduate School of Theology, Jaro, Iloilo, City.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCELLOR

We humbly ask for your prayers for the eternal repose of the soul of +Vice Mayor Julio Masangcay Estolloso, beloved brother of Fr. Jose M. Estolloso, who was shot inside the Ibajay Session Hall this morning, August 8, 2025, and was later pronounced dead.

Further details will be shared in due course.

Let us keep the Estolloso family in our prayers during this most difficult time.

Eternal rest grant unto Julio, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
