ANNOUNCEMENT
The City Government of Malaybalay is inviting qualified individuals and organizations to submit proposals for the Malaybalay City Float for Kaamulan Street Dancing 2025.
Scope of Works:
Develop an original float design aligned with the Kaamulan Street Dancing theme.
Construct the float following approved designs, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Incorporate traditional Malaybalay City elements and motifs.
Coordinate with event organizers for compliance with regulations.
Organize a skilled technical crew for float ex*****on.
Conduct thorough quality checks before the event.
Provide on-site supervision for the parade and dismantling phases.
Adhere to the approved timeline and budget.
Eligibility Requirements:
Mayorโs/Updated Business Permit
Curriculum Vitae
PhilGEPS Registration Number
Income/Business Tax Return
Proof of championship in a Kaamulan Float Competition

Deadline for Proposal Submission: February 7, 2025

Proposal Presentation: February 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM
