​And he said to them, "The harvest is rich but the labourers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send labourers to do his harvesting. Start off now, but look, I am sending you out like lambs among wolves. Take no purse with you, no haversack, no sandals. Salute no one on the road. Whatever house you enter, let your first words be, 'Peace to this house!'...

𝘼 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮’𝙨 𝙂𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙡

Lord Jesus, when the path becomes difficult or unclear, grant me the courage to keep walking with You. Forgive me when I look away from crosses or shy away from the deeper truths of Your love because of fear or human expectations. Send Your Holy Spirit to open my eyes and heart, that I may recognize Your presence in every season of life. Fill me with wisdom to number my days, and let Your gracious care guide the work of my hands today. Amen.

A sower sowed seed: some fell on the path and was eaten by birds; some on rocky ground and withered; some among thorns and was choked. But the seed on rich soil grew and bore fruit.

Jesus explained: The seed is the word of God. The path represents those who hear, but the Devil takes the word away. The rocky ground is those who receive it with joy but have no root and fall away in temptation. The thorns are those choked by life’s anxieties, riches, and pleasures. The rich soil represents those who embrace the word with a generous heart and bear fruit through perseverance.

- Luke 8:4–15

Lord God,

Thank You for sowing the seeds of Your Word so generously into our daily lives. Examine our hearts today. Where we are hardened or closed off like the path, soften us by Your grace. Where we lack depth or grow weary under trial, root us firmly in Your truth. Where our minds are crowded by daily worries, busy routines, and distractions, clear away the thorns so Your presence can take top priority. Give us a receptive, patient, and generous heart. Help us to hold fast to Your promises, trust in Your timing, and yield good fruit that blesses the people around us. Amen.

Lord Jesus,
Thank you for your infinite love poured out on the Cross for our salvation. When heavy crosses, doubts, or burdens come my way, give me the grace to look to you with full trust. Help me to surrender my fears into your hands, knowing that no shadow is too dark for your love to transform. Teach me to love, forgive, and walk with faith every day. Amen.
