Isang makasaysayan at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ang ika-80 Founding Anniversary ng Bayan ng Pandi sa Inang Filipina Shrine, na puno ng paggalang at pasasalamat sa ating kasaysayan.

Nagsimula ito sa Banal na Misa, kasunod ang pagkilala sa bagong himno na “Pandi, Ang Bayan Ko!” kung saan nagtanghal ang Tanghalang Bagong Sibol sa saliw ng himno at sa Inang Filipina.

Patuloy na nagsisilbing inspirasyon ang Pandi bilang bayang hinubog ng tapang at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Hindi bilang paanyaya…
kundi bilang babala.

May mga pintong hindi na dapat binubuksan—
mga alaala na mas mabuting manatiling nakabaon,
mga pangalan na hindi na dapat tinatawag.

Pero bukas…
pipilitin nating silipin.

At sa pagbukas ng entablado,
baka hindi lang sila ang magpakita—
kundi pati ang mga multong matagal mo nang tinatakasan.
