Why are we leaves for our Open Studio? 🍃

Partly because we like plants. But mostly because leaves remind us that growth is rarely a solo effort.

One leaf is small. A canopy is made from many.

For our Anniversary Open Studio, we’re turning scraps into leaves through painting, embroidery, crochet, and whatever else you dream up.

Because the best things we’ve grown over the last eleven years were never grown alone. 💚🌳

Something we always look forward to is having our Open Studios. 💛

Maybe because it reminds us of something we’ve learned over the years: a lot can grow when people gather around the same table, tools, materials, and ideas.

This anniversary, we’re asking: What grows when we gather? 🍃

Drop by Open Studio, spend some time making, and add a leaf to our community canopy. Each one represents a person, project, memory, or story that helped Common Room grow over the last eleven years. Excited to make with you!
