ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Work Duties / Responsibilities

General Accounting
 Monitor cash accounts
 Prepare bank reconciliation
 Post journal entries
 Analyze accounts
 Prepare financial reports

Billing/AR
 Prepare Sales Invoice
 Follow up and record collection
 Analyze and reconcile accounts
 Prepare Sales and AR reports

Others
 Prepare BIR returns and attachments
 Maintain proper filing of records
 Scan documents

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Work Duties / Responsibilities

 Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
 Working with spreadsheets
 Recording and filing cash transactions.
 Checking all payment requests
 Processing Checks and filing vouchers.
 Processing expense requests
 Monitoring Advances & checking liquidation
 Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
 Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
 Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work independently on assigned duties
