📌 EVENT MECHANICS
• Guild vs Guild competition
• Club War runs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8:00 PM
• Change School Card will be disabled throughout the event
• Minimum Club War duration: 60 minutes
• Maximum guild size: 80 members
• Minimum of 30 active members required to register
• Minimum of 15 points required to qualify for rewards
• There will be no automatic winners — the event will continue until the official end date
• Guild members must actively participate until the end of the event to remain eligible
• The guild with the highest accumulated points will be crowned CW Showdown Champions
• In case of server maintenance or downtime, all schools will receive 1 point
• Using dummies will result in a 1-week ban on the main account
• Alliances are allowed; however, assisting other guilds to manipulate points will be penalized

• 50 minutes — 0.5 point
• 40 minutes — 0.5 point
• 30 minutes — 0.5 point
• 20 minutes — 0.5 point
• 10 minutes — 0.5 point
• 5 minutes — 0.5 point
• 0 minutes — 1 point

📌 Registration Requirements:
• Minimum of 30 active members per guild
• Maximum of 80 members per guild
⚠️ RULES & PENALTIES
• No safe passage for other guilds — -1 point
• Avoiding mandatory combat — -1 point
• Cheating/hacking — -3 points + permanent HWID and account bans
• Distinct guild badge is required — -1 point for violations
• Blocker guilds are prohibited — assisting blocker guilds: -2 points
• Livestream or recording with the Commander's voice is required — failure to comply: -1 point
• Point manipulation — participating guilds may receive a 2-point deduction
📢 BEHAVIOR REPORTS
• Avoiding combat — -1 point
• Avoiding combat without evidence — -2 points
• False reporting — -1 point
🔎 EVENT MONITORING
Our staff will be assigned to monitor each server throughout the event. They will oversee ongoing matches, record points, and help ensure fair and competitive gameplay.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE — REWARD DISTRIBUTION
This event is exclusively for the 5 current servers. Only guilds from STRIFE, HAVOC, FURY, KALAYAAN, and ALAB servers are eligible to participate and compete.
All KOTH rewards will be distributed within two (2) weeks after the conclusion of the Club War events.
This period will allow Management to verify the rankings, review the records, and validate all results before the rewards are released.
