Hello, I am really disappointed with on-going issue under my account. Mag 2 months na kami walang internet, marami nang coordination ang ginawa mga field engineers nila pero wala pa rin. At noong January 27 nag bill ng 1 month at of course hindi nabayaran, disconnected agad ang account. Worst thing is hindi na makapag real-time follow-up sa Click2Call since disconnected na at kailangan bayaran ang outstanding bill.
Paano naman babayaran e wala kami napakinabangan na internet?
Nag request na kami for permanent disconnection, naka CC sa email ang NTC at DTI, pero wala pa rin kayong tugon dito. Sana maresolba na ito.
