Tapos na ang kompetisyon ngunit hindi pa natatapos ang paghahabi ng hirayang ipininta sa kanbas. Noong Lunes, Abril 20, 2026 ay opisyal nang binuksan ang Museo ng Makati upang maging kanlungan ng mga Likhang sining ng Pintagak 2026.

Masdan ang lahat ng likhang sining ng mga kalahok ng Pintagak 2026 kasama ang mga kampyeon mula sa taong 2023 hanggang kasalukuyan.

On 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, hosted by UMak Dance Extreme - UDX, turned the 𝗨𝗠𝗮𝗸 𝗢𝘃𝗮𝗹 into a stage where dance crews brought their own take on what halftime could be. Each set highlighted different styles, routines, and interpretations, making every performance stand out in its own way.

Taking over the floor were 𝗩𝗫𝗡, 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱, and 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀, who stood out with their choreography and stage presence throughout the competition.

Shoutout as well to our host, 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗲, for keeping the crowd engaged and the program running smoothly from start to finish.

𝗬𝗪𝗕 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 showed how halftime can be reimagined through dance—bringing different styles and performances together on one stage.

On April 16, 2026, located at the Admin Building. The College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) proudly hosted a vibrant celebration of heritage "Bridging Bonds: Celebrating the Philippine-China Friendship through Chinese Cultural Heritage" event. The University of Makati Tunog Kawayan (UTK) set the tone for the evening, whose bamboo music welcomed our Chinese guests with true Filipino warmth.

The program officially commenced with a solemn performance by the University of Makati Chorale (UMC), who led the Doxology and the singing of the National Anthem with grace and excellence. It was a proud moment for the university to stand at the heart of this cultural exchange.

On 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 (𝗨𝗧𝗞), 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲 (𝗨𝗠𝗖), together with the 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗨𝗝𝗔𝗠), 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 in 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝘆𝘅𝘇𝘂𝗿 𝗖. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀'𝘀 𝟱𝟬𝗧𝗛 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 through music and performances.

The event began with the 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲 (𝗨𝗠𝗖) serving as the choir during the Thanksgiving mass at the 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗹.

After the Mass, the 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 at the 𝗛𝗣𝗦𝗣 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, where everyone gathered to enjoy the program. The 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 (𝗨𝗧𝗞) set the tone with their 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, making everyone feel welcomed. Later on, the 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲 (𝗨𝗠𝗖) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗨𝗝𝗔𝗠) both took part in the performances, delivering a lively selection of 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗣𝗠 𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀.

One of the highlights was when the 𝗨𝗠𝗖 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 “𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗸 𝗠𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁”, encouraging President Ramos, along with the members of the management committee to sing and dance along. Afterwards, 𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗞 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗨𝗝𝗔𝗠) continued the energy with 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗢𝗣𝗠 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, including 𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗰𝗵𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀. As they performed, some dancers spontaneously joined in, impressing everyone with their ballroom-style moves and strong stage presence.

Above all, 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲, where he 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 for himself and for everyone. The celebration made a lasting impact, bringing people closer and deepening their appreciation for the efforts and talents within the UMak community.

The sprouting of new beginnings and the nurturing of a legacy—rooted in trees.

Last April 10, the University of Makati marked an important milestone with the unveiling and blessing of the Kamagong Tree Marker—an oval tree-planting site that begins a lasting tradition, where future university presidents will plant a tree. Each tree will stand as a reflection of the vision and leadership of every president who serves the university.

Standing as the first of this legacy is the Kamagong tree planted by the University’s 10th President, Mr. Elyxur C. Ramos, PhD., CESE.

This remarkable event was attended by University President Ramos; Vice President for Student Services and Community Development, Virgilio Tabbu; Vice President for Finance, Luke Ivan Moro; Center for Culture and the Arts Director, Wovi Villanueva; Presidential Assistant for Special Concerns, Angelito Vargas; and was blessed by Rev. Fr. Carlos Estrada.

On 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺: 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, organized by the UMak Jammers (𝗨𝗝𝗔𝗠), turned the 𝗨𝗠𝗮𝗸 𝗢𝘃𝗮𝗹 into a music-filled arena, where bands brought their best in a true "𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 ’𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹" 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. From Japanese songs to anime openings and original picks, each performance was full of energy and passion.

Joining the stage were 𝗮𝘅𝘆𝘀., 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗻, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟬, and 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞.
