KORO SAN ROQUENIAN - a community-based choral group in the municipality of Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental. Koro San Roquenian was organized last March 12, 2021. It is a group of young singers who devotedly offers their musical talent in service to God, the church, and the community. The group aims to help all aspiring singers who wish to improve their individual skills and confidence in singing, and
later on be able to perform to the local community audiences and spread the appreciation of arts through choral music. Presently, the group is composed of young professionals, students from San Roque Parish High School, Magsaysay College, and other schools and universities in Region 10. Koro San Roquenian is predominantly focused on Sacred and Litugical Music but can also sing classical, contemporary, modern songs. The group currently serves regularly at San Roque Parish Magsaysay through its Eucharistic Celebration on Sundays, and it is open for local performances and other events such as weddings, funerals and etc.
