🍇 Beginner 7:00PM
🍷 Basics & Foundations
💜 Focus:
Preparing and training body for female dancehall movements or techniques for female focused moves - useful for other dance styles as well. Mobility drills and exercises to unlock and train control, stability, and fluidity. Hips, waistline, back, b***y, upper and lower body. 🪙 Old but gold female DH moves + Routine

🍑 Intermediate 8:30PM
🍹 Moves & Choreography
🧡 Focus:
Learning and drilling female dancehall moves, and a set of choreography. Mix of old, middle, and new skool moves (usually faster tempo, and longer counts). More advanced hip/waistline and b***y techniques. Performance training.
Dancehall is a dance style and culture from Jamaica 🇯🇲. Female dancehall refers to the category of dancehall that focuses on moves that highlight and celebrate the female body, attitude, and energy.
