Last July 1, 2017, the UP Ranchers' Club participated in the Clean Up Day conducted in Sitio Riverside, Brgy. Batong Malake, Los Baños, Laguna. It was organized as the district kick-off project by Rotary Club of Los Baños, Rotary Club of Makiling, and Rotary Club of West Bay in partnership with the Local Government of Los Baños. Students from Colegio De Los Baños, members of RotarACT, and InterACT also joined the said event.

Through the activity, a significant amount of trash were collected along the riverside. Residents were able to air their concern to the local officials about the problematic garbage collection in the location. At the same opportunity, they were educated on the proper disposal of garbage.

After the successful conduct of the event, the organizers aim to hold a follow-up clean up and seminar among residents in the area to sustain the cleanliness efforts.
