Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat, lalo sa atin na bumibisita sa Aplaya na kung saan makikita din ang starfish, kapag inalis natin sa tubig ang mga ito, tinatanggal natin sa kanila ang breathing process na tinatawag, na kung saan sila kumuha ng oxygen. Yung maliliit na tube sa ilalim nila, doon sila humihinga. Kalimitan, nakakatagal ang ito hanggang 30seconds kaya kung mas matagal silang wala sa tubig, mamamatay sila. Isa pa, ay ang paghawak sa mga ito kahit pa sa ilalim ng dagat dahil sa ph level acidity at mga bacteria na dala ng ating mga kamay.

I know they're cute at instagrammable worthy, but let us respect their natural habitat and do not hurt them.

☝️How to get there.

✔️Travel time would take half to one day to reach your destination.

✔️There are vans in Pasay at the back of Kabayan hotel along MRT-Taft Edsa and your last stop would be at Calatagan Batangas terminal. Or you may take DLTB Co. Bus in Pasay terminal as an alternative, then from there, ride a tricycle (5-10mins) to Calatagan Port. Estimated travel time is 2 to 3 hours, maybe up to 4 hours with traffic. Other available mode of transportation is Door to Door vans, contact us to find the nearest possible vans, route in your area. Vans start to fetch passengers as early as 2am. They will drop you directly to Calatagan Port.

✔️ For those who are bringing their car, you may park your cars at Calatagan Port. Parking fee is 120 php a day.

✔️There are 2 boats available in Calatagan Port going to Agkawayan Pier. 1.) Magnificat 2.) God's Grace. They have an alternate schedule, but better to contact us beforehand since their schedule depend on the weather or gale warning signal declared by authorities. Travel time: 1 to 2 hours boat ride.

✔️Be at Calatagan Port as early as 8am or 9am, boat arrives at this hour. Boats leave at 11am or 12nn since they still have to load foods and other stuffs that the towns in Looc need. Especially during Summer, be early as possible, high numbers of "bakasyonistas" are expected during this season.

✔️Upon arriving at Agkawayan Pier, boats have their respective transportation in getting you to Looc town proper. Just tell the driver to drop you off to Looc or you are heading to Aplaya Feliciana. This will take you 20-30 mins.

✔️Reaching the town, you may also contact us to bring you to Aplaya Feliciana.

✔️BEST Time to visit are months of March to May.
