Noong Disyembre 14, 1958, dumating ang Legato ng Papa na si Cardinal Gregorio Pietro XV Agagianian, upang pasinayaan ang simbahan na muling itinayo matapos ang pagkasira nito noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig.

Kahit sa paglipas ng panahon, ang banal na pook na ito ng pananampalataya at debosyon ay nananatiling tanda ng presensya ng Diyos sa piling ng mga taga-Lipa, patuloy na gumagabay sa ating paglalakbay tungo sa kanyang maluwalhating kaharian.
