A meaningful morning dedicated to mental health, resilience, and overall well-being!
In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Doctor of Dental Medicine students of Ago Medical and Educational Center gathered for a meaningful symposium highlighting the importance of caring for our mental and emotional well-being while navigating the challenges of student life.

We are grateful to our incredible guest speaker, ๐–๐ข๐ง๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ, ๐‘๐, ๐Œ๐, for sharing valuable insights and inspiring our Studentistas to prioritize self-care, build resilience, and never hesitate to seek support when needed.๐Ÿ’œ

The PDSA AMEC Chapter Officers also joined the symposium in support of this important advocacy, standing together with the student body in promoting a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Letโ€™s continue the conversation beyond this event. Check on your friends, listen without judgment, and remember that mental health matters every single day. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’œ

From the cheers of the crowd to the rhythm that filled the venue, DWTA took the stage and brought a distinct Bicolano touch to the 51st AMEC Foundation Anniversary! ๐Ÿ’œ

With music that feels familiar and a performance that speaks straight to the heart, DWTA showcased the vibrant talent and culture of the Bicolanos, turning the celebration into a moment of music, pride, and connection. It wasnโ€™t just another performanceโ€”it was a moment where the crowd listened, felt, and celebrated together. The kind of performance that doesnโ€™t need much explanation because the music says it all.
