𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒: We are honored to welcome Hon. Noel E. Rosal, a distinguished government official serving the Province of Albay and a valued alumnus of the UST-Legazpi Graduate School. Introduced by Prof. Susana C. Cabredo, EdD, Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Honorable brings both the wisdom of public service and the lived experience of a Legazpi Thomasian scholar to inspire our advanced degree graduates as they step into leadership roles in government, law, business, and education.

HIGHLIGHTS: In a spirit of profound gratitude and spiritual renewal, the Baccalaureate Mass brought together our tertiary, college of law, and graduate school graduating students alongside their proud families, university administrators, faculty, and staff at the UST-Legazpi Dome. The solemnity of the occasion was deepened by the presence of Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, O.P., MM, DBA, the University Rector and President, who presided with the Dominican Priests of the St. Raymond de Penafort Convent. Through prayer, reflection, and collective devotion, our graduates were blessed and strengthened as they prepare to face the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
