LEAP 2026 | July 20–23, 2026

The most meaningful journeys aren't measured by how far we've gone, but by how much we've grown.

For four unforgettable days, we embraced challenges, built trust, reflected on our purpose, and discovered that leadership is more than a position—it's a commitment to serve, uplift, and inspire.

As the IAU Dance Troupe, we leave LEAP carrying not only new knowledge, but also renewed passion and purpose for the year ahead.

Here's to leading with heart, serving with integrity, and dancing with excellence.
