Imagine a grandmother who's been through so many challenges this year, and on her birthday, she eagerly awaits her one favorite thing in the world -- flowers. Unfortunately, it doesn't arrive.

Kalidades House of Flowers SM Seaside City Cebu (Official) really broke her heart today. After making an advanced reservation for a bouquet of flowers for our aged grandmother to celebrate her 80th birthday, they said the flowers weren't ready yet and were not even at the pickup location when we came to collect it.

Untrue to their brand which is "We have continued to create with elegance, deliver with love, and design with a sensitivity that honors the sacredness of every occasion".

They don't honor the sacredness of every occasion as this incident already happened on three different occasions in my life. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Update:

Owner apologized and messaged me saying they will improve on their services moving forward.
