This is what her natural lashes looked like after using cluster lashes.

Cluster lashes aren't necessarily bad, BUT

1)when they're too heavy
2)worn too long
3) improperly applied
4)pulled off
5) wrong adhesive
they can cause breakage and premature lash loss.
Your natural lashes have different lengths, thicknesses, and growth cycles. They deserve a lash set that's chosen and applied according to what they can safely support.
Pretty lashes are never worth sacrificing your natural lashes.

“Are your lash fans premade?"

This would be a great opportunity to explain the difference!

PREMADE FANS

Premade fans are volume fans that are ALREADY MANUFACTURED and ASSEMBLED BEFORE THEY REACH THE LASH ARTIST. They are produced in advance (typically in a factory or by a manufacturer) and come ready to use straight from the lash tray.
Since they're already made, they help speed up the application process and provide consistent fan sizes.

HANDMADE FANS (Our Technique)
Instead of using ready-made fans, we create every volume fan by hand on the spot during your appointment. In this technique we can customize the size, width and weight according to your natural lashes, eye shape and desired look.

Neither technique is "wrong." Every lash artist has
their own preferred method. What matters most is proper application, healthy lash practices, and creating a beautiful set that suits you.
