This is an organization of the youth in Purok Silao founded almost 60 years ago. This is one of the recognized and dynamic organization in Brgy,62 B Navotas. Indeed, it was the first sitio organization that has been arranged and organized by the old folks of Purok Silao. The logo of the organization, which is a torch with a blazing fire emblems hope and enlightenment. Hence, this organization aims

to amalgamate the youth and envision them for an enlightened future. Every year, it already became a cultural practice of the folks of purok silao to organize a program/Christmas ball on the 27th day of December each year. In line with the celebration of the festivity of Christmas and the birth of our LORD, Jesus Christ, this occasion intend to fused all the people of Purok Silao (and even it’s nearby barangay and Sitios) to be as one in celebrating and rejoicing this merry season.
