The stage transformed into a living gallery as the 16 candidates of Mutya ng South Cotabato 2026 unveiled extraordinary creations for the T’nalak Haute Couture Competition.

Conceptualized as a tribute to the flora and fauna of South Cotabato, this segment showcased the province’s remarkable biodiversity and its vital contribution to the cultural identity and heritage of its land and people. From delicate blossoms and magnificent butterflies to distinctive wildlife forms, each creation brought an element of the province’s natural world to life.

These ensembles embody haute couture through their one-of-a-kind concepts, meticulous craftsmanship, intricate embellishments, sculptural silhouettes, and dramatic wearable artistry. Each piece was individually envisioned and painstakingly constructed—not simply as clothing, but as a work of art designed to tell a story onstage.

By weaving the visual language of nature with the artistry of T’nalak, the collection celebrated the inseparable connection among land, life, culture, and community—reminding us that South Cotabato’s biodiversity is not only a natural treasure but also a living part of its identity.

In a night filled with beauty, brilliance, culture, and unforgettable moments, Challcy Karyl Cordeta of the Municipality of Polomolok emerged victorious and was crowned Mutya ng South Cotabato 2026—bringing home Polomolok’s first-ever crown in the history of the pageant.

From her commanding presence onstage to the grace and confidence she displayed throughout the competition, Challcy captured the crown and the hearts of the audience. Her historic victory marks a proud new chapter for Polomolok and a memorable milestone for its people.

Surrounded by her fellow queens, provincial officials, family, and supporters, she began her reign as the woman who will proudly carry the beauty, heritage, and aspirations of South Cotabato.

The Grand Coronation Night brought together the province’s finest—showcasing empowered women, spectacular fashion, vibrant culture, and the artistry of the T’nalak Festival on one magnificent stage.

Challcy’s answer beautifully wove together the identity of South Cotabato as the "Land of the Dreamweavers."
