ns proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary, a testament to its unwavering dedication to the performing arts. Founded by a group of passionate high school classmates, AST embarked on this artistic journey with a mere 10 members, united by a shared love for theater and a dream to bring it to life in their community. From humble beginnings, the AST family has flourished, evolving into a thriving collective of over 50 actors, each bringing their unique talent and creativity to the stage. What sets AST apart is its eclectic mix of members, comprising not only professionals but also the enthusiasm of young, aspiring actors. Approximately 30 percent of their ensemble consists of high school and college students hailing from Koronadal National Comprehensive Highs School in the City of Koronadal and nearby towns, making AST a dynamic and multigenerational organization. Over the years, Apat sa Taglamig Productions has become a cornerstone of arts awareness and appreciation in South Cotabato. With each new production, they've stirred the imaginations of audiences, transported them to different worlds, and provoked thought and emotion through their performances. The organization's commitment to artistic growth, authenticity, and meaningful storytelling is evident in the quality of its work. The National Commission for Culture and the Arts, through the Subcommission on the Arts and the Conrado Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation Inc., continues to celebrate Filipino artistry and creativity with National Arts Month 2026 by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 683.

This year, its overarching theme โ€œAni ng Sining: Katotohanan at Gitingโ€, underscores how the arts uphold truth, courage, and collaboration and how it contributes to building livable communities, responsible governance, and a sustainable society. llustrating that art is not merely the product of the creative mind, also highlights arts as the outcome of peoplesโ€™ shared experiences and collective aspirations. As an expression of truth and valor, art becomes a wellspring of hope and a guiding force towards a more just and progressive society.
