We are now publicly opening Xianyu Pasabuys to our PH buyers!
This service was only previously offered to few clients. Since this is the official first batch of Khimmymade Xianyu Pasabuys, we will be using only a 5% service charge rate for a limited time from September 11-30, 2026. This rate is regardless of the amount of the item so even if you are purchasing something worth 12rmb, you'll only be charged 0.6rmb! π₯°
π Xianyu Pasabuy Guidelines
Before sending your Xianyu links, please read the following guidelines carefully!
π WHAT IS XIANYU?
Xianyu (ι²ι±Ό) is a Chinese second-hand marketplace, somewhat similar to Carousell in the Philippines.
You can find amazing deals, rare items, discontinued merchandise, pre-loved collectibles, and hard-to-find goods. However, because many listings come from individual sellers, there are also risks involved.
β οΈXianyu is NOT the same as buying from an official retail store.
Please keep this in mind before placing an order.
π ABOUT SELLER & ITEM CHECKING
Maximize the use of Google Lens or Google Translate to understand what a seller is actually selling. There are also "Looking For" posts on Xianyu so you might be looking at the listing of another buyer looking for the same item you are looking for.
I will do my best to check the seller/listing before purchasing, including things such as:
β’ Seller profile and available reviews/ratings
β’ Listing photos and description
β’ Price and quantity
β’ Item condition and disclosed defects
β’ Other obvious warning signs or inconsistencies
However, I cannot guarantee that a seller is 100% legitimate or that an item is 100% authentic simply based on their Xianyu profile.
Some risks can only become apparent after the transaction or when the item is physically received.
πΈ SECOND-HAND / PRE-OWNED ITEMS
For pre-owned items, please expect possible:
β’ Minor scratches or signs of use
β’ Box/package damage
β’ Missing original packaging or accessories
β’ Color differences or aging
β’ Undisclosed or difficult-to-see defects
β’ Different levels of wear depending on the seller's description
If the listing does not clearly show or describe something important, please ask before we purchase.
Once you approve the listing and the purchase has been made, changing your mind because of a condition that was already visible or disclosed in the listing may not be grounds for cancellation/refund.
π¨ SCAM & SELLER RISKS
Just like Carousell, scams can happen on Xianyu.
Examples include:
β’ Fake or misleading listings
β’ Sellers disappearing after payment
β’ Counterfeit/fake items
β’ Items that are significantly different from the listing
β’ Edited or stolen listing photos
β’ Suspiciously cheap prices
β’ Sellers with questionable transaction history
I will avoid listings that appear obviously suspicious, but no screening method can guarantee that a seller will not scam us.
If I believe a listing is too risky, I may decline the purchase even if the item is available.
π° BEFORE YOU PAY
I will provide the relevant purchase details and estimated costs before proceeding.
Please make sure you are comfortable with the item price + applicable Pasabuy/service fees + shipping/other charges before confirming.
We will be using th exchange rate for the day that the item is being purchased. We will be charging a 10% service fee (5% from Sept. 11-30, 2026 only) for the item price regardless of how small or big the amount is. ISF will be charged when the item is in PH. All Xianyu Pasabuys are to be consolidated and shipped via sea shipping so we can only start calculating for the ISF of your parcel once it is onhand in our PH address.
Once you give your go-ahead and payment is made to proceed with the purchase, the order will be considered confirmed.
π¦ AFTER PURCHASE
Once the Xianyu seller ships the item, we will wait for it to arrive at the China warehouse/consolidation point before it can be shipped to the Philippines. Our consolidation timeline depends on the number of orders received. However, since this is the first batch.of publicly opening Xianyu pasabuys, consolidation will end by September 30. ETA will be 4-6 weeks after consolidation.
Please understand that delays may happen due to:
β’ Seller processing/shipping time
β’ Chinese domestic courier delays
β’ Warehouse/consolidation processing
β’ International shipping
β’ Customs/inspection
β’ Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
These delays are outside my direct control.
β οΈ IMPORTANT: PASABUY β GUARANTEE
By joining the Xianyu Pasabuy, you are asking me to assist with purchasing an item from a third-party Xianyu seller.
I will do my best to screen listings, communicate with sellers when necessary, and assist with the transaction. However, I cannot guarantee the seller, authenticity, condition, or availability of an item beyond what can reasonably be verified before purchase.
If a seller scams, sends the wrong item, or an item arrives with a defect that was not reasonably detectable beforehand, I will do my best to assist with whatever dispute/refund process is available.
However, I cannot automatically guarantee a full refund for losses caused by a third-party seller.
