𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 —𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀. 𝗜𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 "𝐘𝟒𝐆𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒", 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗞𝗩𝗔.

Participants from different schools and youth all over Lanao Del Norte excitedly joined us, showcasing their talents and creativity. Following the themes:

a. Kauswagan Youth in Action
b. Youth for Good Governance
c. Youth and Tourism
d. Kauswagan of the Future

KVA is also extremely grateful to the judges who joined us: 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐣𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐚, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐚, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐫. 𝐍. 𝐀𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐚 by further cultivating the minds of the youthful participants with their insight and expertise. Thank you very much for your invaluable input!

To conclude, the competition ended in high spirits as we announced the winners at the end and left the venue with hearts full of new lessons.

🎨 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆?

Unleash your vision of good governance, youth action, tourism, or the future of Kauswagan through bold strokes and powerful colors.

𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙉𝙑𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝙋𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙎𝙏:

1. The contest is open to all youth in Lanao del Norte (excluding Iligan City) aged 15-30 years old. Participants from Kauswagan will be given priority during the selection process.

2. Contestants must be registered and submit an original and a photocopy of their PSA birth certificate or any valid proof (document or ID) to verify their age and residency. Click the link for registration. https://forms.gle/1eKbCLgua51tgkia6

3. A total of (30) qualified participants will be screened and selected by the organizing committee.

4. The artwork must be done onsite, with each participant provided one (1) canvas and one (1) styro cup containing primary colors (red, blue, yellow, white, and black) by the organizers. Participants are required to bring their own brushes, additional acrylic paints, and other necessary materials.

5. The theme of the painting must be based on any of the following:

a. Kauswagan Youth in Action
b. Youth for Good Governance
c. Youth and Tourism
d. Kauswagan of the Future

6. Only one (1) entry per contestant will be accepted. Artists are not allowed to place signatures on their artworks.

7. Registration runs from August 1 to August 8, 2025, until 11:59 PM. The list of officially confirmed participants will be posted on August 9, 2025, via the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Official page.

8. All entries must include an Artist Tag with the following details:

9. The competition will take place on August 16, 2025 (Saturday), at 1:00 PM, at the Municipal Gymnasium, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte.

10. Final judging will be conducted onsite after the competition on August 16, 2025.

11. SK officials are not allowed to join the contest.

12. The judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗱 partnered with 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗞𝗩𝗔) and 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗜𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗘𝗗 for an inspirational and fun-filled 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 conducted at Libertad Gymnasium last July 5, 2025.

KVA President and Vice-President together with Kasamang Kulay, guided aspiring young artists in creating vibrant paintings and encouraged them to explore and showcase their creativity.

The event was also graced by the presence of our 𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼, who continues to support and encourage the youth of Kauswagan in pursuing their talents.

The workshop concluded with an on-the-spot Painting Contest for the talented teenage artists of Libertad and KVA members, who proudly showcased their artistic skills and passion for creation. Inspirational messages were also shared by Kasamang Kulay and KVA President.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || In celebration of the 'One- Day Provincial BIDA Kabataang Malaya sa Droga : International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗧)Youth Forum' —conducted today, June 13, 2025 at MCC Gymnasium, Sagadan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

In correlation to the BIDA(Buhay Ingatan, Druga'y Ayawan) program, this day aims to raise awareness about the dangers of illegal substances such as, illegal drugs and ci******es.
It also aims to raise awareness about the dangers of illicit trafficking and Harassment. The forum conducted aimed to encourage youth leaders and other young individuals to promote prevention, treatment to those affected especially to the youth who had strayed from the right path.

Hence, now officially recognized as a Youth Organization, 𝗞𝗩𝗔 joined the Youth Representatives from SK - Federation, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte in their pursuit to gain knowledge and valuable lessons in order help to push the Youth of Kauswagan to be alert and be mindful of the dangers of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking for a brighter future.

To show their support for the IDADAIT Program, two members, 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐯𝐢𝐞 𝐓. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 and 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐏. 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨 from 𝗞𝗩𝗔, joined the "PINTayo For a Bisyo-Free Lanao del Norte" (On-the-Spot Painting Contest) with the theme: "Huwag hayaang matalo ng bisyo. Sinisira ng sigarilyo, alak at droga ang magandang kinabukasan mo." Amazingly, despite being first-time participants and having only three hours to finish their artworks, these young artists fully encapsulated the essence of today's event in their meaningful and artistic entries.

Art is not only for pleasing the eyes of an audience, but it spoke for how we felt as an individual or a community. Art connects and bring people together.

For aspiring artists and for everyone else, do not hesitate to grow and do not forget that art should not be a medium for self doubt but, art should be the product of passion and dedication.
