Iโm on the edge of giving upโฆ
But rather than losing hope I choose to improve myself.
Knowing that requires self-awareness before you can attain self-improvement is one of the first steps to take if you're serious about improving at something.
ARE YOU AWARE THAT YOUโRE LYING TO YOURSELF?
We often lie to ourselves about the progress we are making on important goals.
like, "I'm doing well," or, "I've been trying hard lately," including any kind of objective measurement. But most of the time, theyโre just excuses that help us feel better about having a goal toward which we haven't made much real progress.

But why does it matter?
Because it keeps us from being self-aware. Although emotions and feelings are important because it has a place in our lives, when we use positive affirmations to gauge our success, we wind up deceiving ourselves about how we're doing.
WHAT TO DO?
If you're not taking care of your body, it will be difficult to focus on self-improvement. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly. Also, consider talking to a therapist or someone if you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
It is quite challenging to transform your life if you are unaware of what you are doing. Without self-awareness, trying to develop better behaviors is hard because it should always start within YOU. If you are unsure of what you want, then you canโt achieve something.
In the end, the importance of this is, It will boost our confidence, which enables us to make better decisions and understand things from different POVs, and also It will help us build a better relationships.
