A true coach never pretends to know everything.

He listens. He observes. He studies. He corrects. And above all, he keeps learning.

Because in football, you can have experience, knowledge, and many years of work behind you. But the moment you lose your humility, you stop growing.

Those who believe they already know it all eventually face a reality that reminds them there is still so much left to learn.

In football, humility is trained too.

Keep learning. Keep evolving. Stay humble.

⚽❤️ CHILDREN EXPERIENCE FOOTBALL DIFFERENTLY THAN ADULTS.

They don’t care about coaches’ egos.
They don’t care about disagreements between parents.
They don’t care about who is right, who is wrong, or who wants to prove they are better.

They just want to play.

They want to learn.
They want to have fun.
They want to make friends.
They want to feel that they belong to a team.

And for many of them, there is a dream quietly growing inside:

“Someday, I want to become a professional footballer.” ⚽🌟

While adults can sometimes turn a football match into a battle of opinions, pride, and egos, children simply want to enjoy the game they love.

So before we shout from the sidelines, criticize a coach, argue with another parent, or make the game about ourselves, perhaps we should stop and ask:

Are we helping their dreams grow, or are we turning our own egos into a burden they have to carry?

Football should be a place where children learn, grow, make mistakes, build friendships, and fall in love with the game.

Let them play.
Let them dream.
Let them enjoy football. ❤️⚽

Because at the end of the day, the game is theirs, not ours.
