3D Printed Aircon Vent Connecting Rod 🛠️

The original connecting rod had become extremely brittle over the years and eventually crumbled into pieces due to age.

Using the remaining fragments as a reference, we recreated the part through reverse engineering and brought it back to life with 3D printing—giving this classic vehicle a durable replacement while preserving its original functionality.

Old parts don’t always have to be impossible to replace. With 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and 3D printing, we can reproduce components that are no longer available.
