Our client’s fully electric Mini Cooper was missing the original fuse box cover—and the replacement part was no longer readily available.

So, we came up with a solution. 👇

📐 3D Scanned the fuse box
🖥️ Recreated the geometry from the scan
🛠️ Designed and customized a new fuse box cover
🖨️ Ready for 3D printing and fitment testing

Instead of searching endlessly for a discontinued or hard-to-find part, we digitized the existing component and recreated what was needed.
