SIGNOS is a Death Metal band from Cebu City, Philippines, recognized as one of the pioneers of Death Metal underground scene during the early 1990s.

Formed in 1988, the band underwent a few early name changes—starting as Rancid Butcher and later Hammerhead—before officially becoming Signos in 1992. Originally active from 1988–1996; the band recently reunited and has been active again since 2024.

In 1995, they released their EP "Eternal Sleep". It is considered a cult classic in the Philippines Death Metal circuit. This was also reissued by Davao Hellbanger Records in 2020 on a Cassette Tape format

Original lineup was S***m Gonzales (vocals), Makk Estrella (guitar), Glenn Dacuaa (guitar), Randy Nadela (bass), Ronnie Llaban (drums).
They are often cited alongside other Cebu metal veterans like Abyss and Astarus. They were instrumental in the "Cebu 90s Metal" movement. Check them out!
