The Tugtog Himig Kabataan Angklung Ensemble, the celebrated youth musical group from Sta. Barbara Central Elementary School (SBCES SPA) headed by its conductor and adviser, Ma'am Mary Grace Cinco returns to TAOHAY!

The ensemble is the lone performer to open the TernoCon Visayas exhibition 'Fashioning the Terno' which will have its very limited run from April 10-12, 2026 (9am to 6pm) at TAOHAY NCCA Cultural Center and Regional Hub (pin Jaro Fire Station for rides).

We thank Hon. Dennis Superficial (Mayor, Municipality of Sta. Barbara), Ms Irene Magallon (Tourism Officer, Municipality of Sta. Barbara) and Dr. Fely S. Malones (Principal III of Sta. Barbara Central Elementary School).
