✅ Document your outputs and upload them to one Google Drive folder.
✅ Submit the Google Drive link in the evaluation form.
✅ The Certificate of Completion is FREE and is issued upon successful completion of all requirements.
This CoC is worth 24 hours (watch the livestream for 2 hours and perform the activity for an estimated 4 hours per session).

3. 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥: Participants may earn a Certificate of Participation (CoP) for a professional fee of ₱100 per session or ₱250 for the entire webinar-workshop. Simply fill out the corresponding session form, which includes a field for uploading a screenshot of the livestream together with the transaction confirmation (proof of payment).

What is a PECE?

A Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE), in the Philippines, holds the highest level of certification for electronics engineering professionals. This prestigious title, granted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) after a rigorous selection and screening process, signifies exceptional expertise, experience, and leadership in the field. PECEs are not just engineers; they are the sole authority when it comes to the technical and safety integrity of electronics and communications systems.

Their primary and most critical role, as mandated by the landmark Republic Act No. 9292 (the "Electronics Engineering Law of 2004"), is to review, sign, and seal all technical documents for electronics engineering projects. This "Sign and Seal Authority" covers a vast array of documents, including plans, drawings, technical specifications, and feasibility studies. This unique function places the responsibility for ensuring the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of critical infrastructure directly on the PECE. Users can combine these processing blocks through C++, Python, or a visual drag-and-drop editor called GNU Radio Companion to design, simulate, and deploy complex applications.
