A team-based organizational structure creates small teams focusing on delivering one product or service. These teams can solve problems and make decisions without bringing in third parties. Composed of four major core groups:

• City Models is a non-profit organization. For instance, live fashion shows, photo shoots, and guest appearances wherein models will provide their attire, transportation, and meals. Until then, a sponsor pays for the team's photographers, makeup artists, and models. None of the group members should anticipate receiving a salary or talent fee. If we have a sponsored project event, an honorarium is released; it may be in cash or kind, but it is always subject to sponsorship approval.
• We don't charge fees from models for workshops, training sessions, or photoshoots. We offer free modeling-related services and training.
• City Models neither offers nor guarantees any complimentary OOTDs, footwear, meals, accommodations, or transportation. However, we only provide the models' necessities upon request from potential sponsors and are subject to their permission.
• City Models must always be on the lookout for brand-new team members, including aspiring models, photographers, and makeup artists. We sustain a never-ending search for new talent.
• We built trust that resulted in generous assistance from kind-hearted sponsors. In the past, it has become a significant source of inspiration for the growth of its members.
• We don't recruit models. Instead, we help/facilitate aspiring models to build their portfolios. Offering free photo shoots, workshops, training sessions, and runway fashion show events to those who meet the necessary qualifications, pass our screening process, and receive the managing director's approval. • Volunteering individuals acquire self-confidence. Building a reputation that keeps them physically fit, have a sound mind, and be morally straight. Develop their talent and modeling qualities, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. Screening Method
• City models should go through five layers of screening auditions. If successful, they will join the modeling workshop. The CEO will observe each participant in the training and coaching process. At the culmination, the qualified models will unveil on the "Final Runway." The CEO has the authority to accept anyone who meets the requirements set by the CEO and can decide which participants have the necessary abilities and qualifications. • The City Models' photographs are typically posted on social media to demonstrate the team's work, advertising or publicizing the talent and beauty of our offer. Consequently, presenting the model's attractive appearance through the artistry or skill of the hair and makeup artists. • All models must sign the membership application form to join the City Model organization as a formal member.
• Even during important events and project photo sessions, models under 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
• Before the scheduled photo session, all models must sign the picture release form. If a juvenile was involved, their parents had to authorize and sign the documentation correctly. Membership Renewal Process:
• Models must have officially told the City Models Director to continue/renew their membership by private message, SMS, Calls, or email for this every 25th of September.
• Failure to notify the City models directors will result in immediate and automatic termination of membership. (Example: Dear Sir, Thank you and best regards; Permit me to continue my Membership at City Models.) All models of legal age and their parents or guardians must consent to the City Models team. JOINING PUBLIC EVENTS
Official Models and all members of the City Models are required to inform and ask permission upon joining activities or events related to the following:
• All Models should ask permission before joining Pageants and related events.
• All Models must ask permission from the CEO before joining photo shoots, Beauty Pageant Auditions, Brand Promotions, and all other events related to public exposure. Failure to do so will be subject to evaluation and demotion. BEHAVIORAL PROHIBITIONS
• Smoking is prohibited during photo shoots or events with city models.
• You are posting beer and hard liquor on your personal Facebook account.
• Failure to show up for your photo session or any other event activities arranged without providing six hours' notice in advance.
• Three times did not appear at the arranged picture session or event activities.
• Any gambling-related games played during or on the grounds of the event venue.
• All Official Models must get the managing director's authorization before participating in any endorsement or photo shoot activity. Threats and acts of violence are not permitted among City Models Members. Examples of forbidden conduct are given in this list of actions.
1. It was causing Physical injury to another person.
2. They are making threats of any kind.
3. Aggressive, hostile, or violent behavior, such as intimidation of others, attempts to instill fear in others, or subjecting others to emotional distress.
4. Other behavior that suggests a propensity toward violence is not allowed. The following are forbidden: Belligerent speech, excessive arguing or swearing, sabotage or threats of sabotage of city models, or a demonstrated pattern of refusing to follow city model rules.
5. Intentional damage to university property. Or the property of another employee, student, or public member.
6. A weapon is prohibited while on activities, event venue, or outside.
7. They commit acts motivated by or related to sexual harassment or domestic violence.
