- CR with bidet
Parking space for vehicles
- Fully airconditioned (split type & no noise)
- Semi Sound Proof Room with carpet

- Pearl Roadshow 6-pc kit (Snare, Hi & Low Toms, 2 Floor Toms, & Bass Drum)
- Zildjian Planet Z Complete pack 14/16/20

Piano:
- Yamaha Clavinova CVP

Mixer:
- Mackie ProFx6v3

Amplifiers & Speakers:
- Aspire B-815 (Bass Guitar Amp)
- Asphire GA60 (Guitar Amp) (2 Pairs)
- Roland Cube Street EX (Acoustic Guitar Amp)
- Mackie Thump 15 (2 Pairs)

Notes and Studio Rules:
- Bring your own Guitars, Guitar Cables and Guitar Effects.
- any genre is allowed
- Eating rice meals inside the studio is not allowed
