Ngayong ika-31 ng Agosto, pinagdiriwang natin ang ika-119 na kaarawan ng ating dating Pangulong Ramon Magsaysay.

Sa bawat Pilipinong kaniyang pinakinggan at pinaglingkuran, ipinakita niya na ang pamumuno ay hindi tungkol sa kapangyarihan, kundi sa malasakit.

Sa ating pag-alala sa kaniyang legasiya, nawaโ€™y maging inspirasyon ito upang maging boses tayo ng mga nangangailangan, maglingkod nang walang patid na malasakit, at patuloy na manindigan para sa kapwa.

A legacy that continues to inspire.

Today, we remember Ninoy Aquino and his courage to stand for what he believed was right. May his sacrifice remind us that love for country begins with the courage to speak, stand, and serve.

His life and sacrifice continue to remind us that true patriotism is not only about words, but also about standing for what is right, even in the face of fear and uncertainty.
