The National Commission for Culture and the Arts joins the nation in celebrating International Womenโ€™s Day and National Women's Month, a time to honor the strength, leadership, and enduring contributions of Filipino women. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญโœจ

In line with the call of the Philippine Commission on Women, this yearโ€™s celebration invites Women and Everyone (WE) to advance gender equality and womenโ€™s empowerment through a whole-of-government and all-of-society effort. With the sub-theme โ€œLead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!โ€, we are reminded of the powerful legacy of the Babaylans of pre-colonial Philippines; women leaders whose influence was rooted in knowledge, empathy, and moral guidance. ๐ŸŒฟ

May this celebration inspire us to recognize and uplift the many ways Filipino women leadโ€”with courage, care, and convictionโ€”in homes, communities, and across the cultural landscape.

From the Foothills of Mt. Isarog to the CCP Pasinaya 2026! ๐Ÿ”๏ธโœจ

The wait is over! ParSU Performing Arts Organization Executives is headed to Pasinaya 2026. Weโ€™re ready to gain knowledge from various cultures, our rhythm, and our creative soul at the biggest multi-arts festival in the Philippines.

03/02/2026

This February, we mark National Arts Month by recognizing the power of creativity in shaping culture, identity, and shared experience.

At Partido State University, the arts are not confined to galleries or stages โ€” they are woven into learning, dialogue, and community life. Through visual arts, music, dance, theatre, literature, and movement, ParSU cultivates spaces where stories are told, perspectives are challenged, and the ParSUan spirit finds meaningful expression. The ParSUan arts continue to inspire critical thinking, innovation, and cultural pride across disciplines.

Be part of the celebration as imagination takes form and culture comes alive. Watch out for university-led activities and events as ParSU joins the nation in honoring Philippine Arts Month.
