Isang makulay na pagdiriwang ng sining, dangal, at tagumpay — tampok ang Paggawad ng Pagkilala sa mga natatanging alagad ng sining ng Santa Rosa National High School – Special Program in the Arts.

Mula sa entablado ng teatro, sayaw, musika, malikhaing pagsulat, media arts, at visual arts — ating parangalan ang mga mag-aaral na tunay na nagbigay liwanag sa sining ng kabataan.
