The Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAEd) of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMMC) celebrates the passion, creativity, and dedication of its students on World Theater Day.

Featuring the batch of Paunang Tabing 2024, whose remarkable performances paved the way for last yearโ€™s Ikalawang Tabing 2025, under the guidance of Sir Ismael Gallaza Pantao, MAEd, LPT, Artist Director of Dulaang RMMC - Theater Lab. Their journey reflects the power of theater to tell stories, evoke emotions, and inspire communities.

A One-Day Free Contemporary Theater
Workshop

The workshop successfully gathered BCAEd students on March 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM at RMMC Annex, Studio B. Hosted by the Interactive Group Performers (IGP) from Third Year Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAEd) students of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (RMMC), the workshop provided an engaging space where participants explored the fundamentals and creative approaches of contemporary theater.

Throughout the sessions, the IGP guided the participants through interactive discussions, acting exercises, and performance demonstrations, allowing students to experience the process of character development, stage presence, and imaginative storytelling while strengthening their appreciation for the craft and discipline of theater.

This workshop allowed the IGP to strengthen the commitment to fostering creativity, collaboration, and artistic growth among fellow BCAEd students, with the guidance of Sir Ismael Pantao, MAEd, LPT, their Drama 4 Instructor. The experience not only deepened the participantsโ€™ understanding of contemporary theater but also inspired them to continue exploring performance as a powerful medium for expression, storytelling, and cultural engagement.
