Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
โ๏ธPerformance Experience
Must have prior experience in performing various cultural acts, dances, and/or music (indigenous, traditional, or ethnolinguistic-based).
โ๏ธFlexible Schedule
Must have flexible availability for rehearsals, guestings, and abrupt schedule changes (including weekends and holidays).
โ๏ธNight Practices and Performances
Must be willing and able to attend late-night rehearsals and performances, including guestings that may end late in the evening.
โ๏ธAcademic Balance
Must be able to manage academic responsibilities alongside extra-curricular and cultural performance obligations.
โ๏ธCharacter and Discipline
Must possess strong moral character, be reliable, respectful, and committed to team values.
โ๏ธCultural Sensitivity
Must be respectful and sensitive to different cultural traditions and practices, especially those represented in our performances.
โ๏ธProfessionalism
Must demonstrate professionalism in handling criticism, feedback, and corrections during training and performances.
โ๏ธWillingness to Learn
Must have a growth mindset and be open to learning new movements, rhythms, disciplines, and performance styles.
โ๏ธPhysical Fitness and Endurance
Must be physically capable to endure long rehearsals, demanding choreography, and high-energy performances.
โ๏ธResponsibility and Accountability
Must consistently demonstrate punctuality, attendance, and commitment to all group-related activities.
Note: Selection is based on performance ability, character, commitment, and alignment with the mission of Sining Kalilintad Cultural Performing Arts. Only qualified applicants will proceed to the next stage.
