We have successfully concluded our ASTIG Community Art-reach Program: Art Recovery and Hope in Brgy. Buayan.

Through coloring activities, basic drawing lessons for children, and a Basic String Art Tutorial for adults, we shared the healing power of art with the community. Even in difficult times, art can help ease sadness and provide a meaningful way for people to express their emotions, hopes, and experiences.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the individuals who supported and believed in our mission: Ricky Salceda, Mark Louie Francisco, Rica Ann Colina, and Cherry Bona. Your generosity and trust encouraged us to continue pursuing our passion for bringing smiles and hope to children affected by this earthquake. We are simply a bridge for your kindness and support to reach those who need it most.

Above all, we give thanks to God for His guidance, strength, and inspiration throughout this journey. It is through His love and grace that we were able to bring joy, comfort, and encouragement to these children during a challenging time.

While we may not be able to provide all the basic necessities needed by families affected by the recent strong earthquake, we remain hopeful that, through our simple efforts and the financial support and trust of generous individuals, we can bring smiles, encouragement, and inspiration to children through art.

Through this art-based psychosocial support activity, we aim to help children express themselves freely, nurture their creativity, and strengthen their emotional and mental resilience during these challenging times.

We believe that children who grow up with faith in God, strong values, and hope in their hearts will become the foundation of a brighter future for our nation.

Join us as we visit Barangay Buayan, one of the communities most severely affected by the earthquake. Together, let us bring comfort, hope, and healing through the power of art

Just like string art, you may not see the beauty at the beginning. But as the threads gradually connect, the design starts to take shape, and you realize the value of continuing life's journey. Whether life brings sadness or happiness, having God by your side makes every burden lighter and every moment more meaningful.

ASTIG ADVOCACY proudly volunteers to conduct a Basic Drawing Workshop during the Mugna Heneral Matahom ArtFest 4, in celebration of National Arts Month and the Kalilangan Festival 2026.

This activity is spearheaded by our own Youth Advocates and Enablers, Janvie and Lesly, to promote creativity and artistic expression among the youth.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mugna Heneral, from its President to all members for their full support and also to Pinta Okir.

If there is success outcome na ma personified kayo ito Lesley Cabal Tayong and Janvie Cuaresma Venecario on behalf of ASTIG Advocacy were very proud sa inyong dalawa.

Who has thought that these two young individuals are now enablers and multipliers. From my students before sa art workshops together with my alma mater MMG College of General Santos City, Inc. you're now able to share and inspire others in different platforms.

Ang focus ni ASTIG ay to serve, to inspire, enabling vulnerable groups especially children and youth through art.
