Dave is a passionate musician and visual artist whose lifeโs work is rooted in creativity and service. As President of Lakbay Sining, he mentors young children and youth through music, painting, and cultural education, using the arts as a powerful tool to uplift lives and preserve local identity.
In public service, Dave wears many hats. As a Sangguniang Barangay Member and seasoned grassroots organizer, he actively champions inclusive development through cultural visibility, youth engagement, and creative outreach.
Through his role as an adviser of SouthLeyte.com, Dave helps shape initiatives that support local businesses and create meaningful employment opportunities across Southern Leyte, bridging the arts, technology, and economic empowerment.
