An organization or group inspired to conquer their dreams of performing Korean Pop Songs. This will be part of their foundation as an individual as the members of this organization or group will work as a TEAM. The members in this group are entitled to the responsibility of taking care of each other and maintaining peace and order. The officers and organizers of Kpop Fans of Negros Oriental are en
