During the event, Ms. Maria Elvie P. Baes, SPED Teacher 2, shared the significance of the experience:
โAng Funfinity nagahatag ug experiences nga nindot kaayo para sa atoang mga bata nga with learning disability and Down Syndrome. Diri maka play sila freely and at the same time maka mingle sila sa ilaang mga kauban ug maka experience sila ug psychomotor [actiivities], emotional, and other skills na makuha nila sa ilaang pag dula dire sa sulod sa Funfinity na pirteng nindot kaayo ang pasilidad.โ
("Funfinity provided meaningful experiences where the children could play freely, socialize, and develop psychomotor, emotional, and other important skills.โ)
The SPED Center emphasized that this type of inclusive play is essential for learners with special needs, as it helps them engage with peers, develop essential life skills, and build confidence in a supportive public space.
