Qualifications:
1. Open to all young women
2. No minimum height requirement
3. Must have a good moral character
4. Must never won any title from 2023 up to present
5. In line with the upcoming fiesta, the aspiring Hiyas ng DAVENCOR 2024 should be a bonafide resident of any PUROK in BRGY. GOV. VICENTE DUTERTE, AGDAO DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY
