Rotiboy - Coffee Bun - Kopi Roti but at home 🏠😌
Forget about being tempted by the scent of coffee buns at the malls, because now you can be tempted by your own toaster at home. ☕️♨️
However, you can make a jar of the paste, keep it in the fridge, and slather it onto a piece of bread whenever you're craving a coffee bun. 🍞

White bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/3 cup white sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp hot water
1 cup All Purpose Flour

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on top.
