𝗠𝗮𝗽𝘂́𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 was given the opportunity to take part in SIDLAK: World Choral Day 2025, joining over 25 choirs from across Mindanao in a free concert celebrating unity through choral music. MapCoH marked its third performance for World Choral Day with gratitude.

Performing as a joint choir with the Mariae De Lourdes Chorale - GenSan was a meaningful experience, highlighted by renditions of "Lead Me Lord", "Halina, Halina", "Pasko Na Sinta Ko", and "O Bituing Natatangi" for the community.

We are deeply grateful for the chance to perform in the presence of esteemed conductors Dr. Joel Navarro, Prof. Mark Anthony Carpio, and Prof. Jonathan Velasco, as well as Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, National Artist for Music. Sharing the stage with such talented choiristers and respected figures was truly an honor.

The 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝘂́𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 is honored to be mentored by Prof. Jonathan Velasco, choral clinician and conductor of the Ateneo Chamber Singers, for an exclusive choir mentoring session this December 12, 2025, in celebration of World Choral Day 2025 Festival in Davao City.

Also, 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝘂́𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮, together with the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗲 𝗗𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲, honored to have a Choral Workshop Session with 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞, the Artistic Director and Conductor of UP Mindanao Koro Kantahanay this December 12, 2025.

We are saddened to hear the recent news about their upcoming eviction and the uncertainty their rescued animals are now facing.
