The Lyceum of the Philippines - Davao Vocal Harmony is the official choir group under the baton of Mr. The group was established last August 14, 2019, with the administration's full support to develop a chorale group for significant events. The composition of the pioneering batch was from Junior College. Vocal Harmony is the suggested group name by Sir Joseph Deligero and became the official name for three years. Dapitan is the official choir conductor of LPU Davao Vocal Harmony. He is a college PE instructor who also teaches music theory and voice classes. He is also a member of different national and international choir groups and organizations which gave him the confidence to handle a choral group despite the misalignment of his profession from music education. The pioneering batch went to different pieces of training, workshops, and performances that helped the entire group gain confidence in preparation for the invitations. With the administration's support, conductors from different regions of our country could give vocal training to fully equip the singers with a set of reportoires. The group bagged the first championship title during the DAPRISA Musical Festival last 2020. Their dedication, perseverance, and passion for music brought them to greater heights. LPU Davao Vocal Harmony aims to promote culture and arts through music. Currently, the group is open to college and junior college singers and will continue to learn, perform, and inspire through music.

What started as a group of people who shared a love for singing became more than just a club. From practices and performances to simple moments together, every experience has made our journey special. We are truly thankful for everyone who has been part of our journey.

As we celebrate our 7th anniversary, we look back at how far our club has come and all the memories we have made. On the 31st of July, 2026, the very first meeting of Vocal Harmony alongside Meliorem Instrumento concluded as a productive success. With the cooperation of the vocalists from Vocal Harmony and the musical genius of Meliorem Instrumento, they brainstormed ideas for "Navitas Piratas," an upcoming event at LPU-Davao this August 4.
