We’re happy to share that Hidden Leaf Resort is officially back as an Airbnb Superhost. 🍃
Last 2024, we faced a challenge that caused us to lose our Superhost status and honestly, it was a hard year trying to earn it back. For a small business like ours, this means so much more than just a badge. It represents trust, hard work, consistency and every effort we put into making our guests feel comfortable and taken care of.
We also want to say that every review truly matters. As hosts and property owners, we understand that not every stay will be perfect, and we are always open to feedback so we can improve. But sometimes, small issues or misunderstandings can deeply affect a property when they result in very low ratings, especially when the concern could have been communicated, clarified, or resolved properly.
For small businesses like us, a review is not just a number. It affects our visibility, our bookings, our team, and our ability to continue serving guests.
We’re truly grateful to everyone who stayed with us, supported us, booked with us, and gave us the chance to improve. It has been a hard journey getting back to Superhost, but we will continue doing our best to provide great service, clean and comfortable accommodation, and a peaceful stay for everyone, whether through Airbnb or direct booking.
