On this day, we commemorate our heroes' sacrificesโŽฏaction or words, as these are the steps taken for ๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’‡๐’“๐’†๐’†๐’…๐’๐’Ž; ๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’Š๐’๐’…๐’†๐’‘๐’†๐’๐’…๐’†๐’๐’„๐’†.

With the proclamation, comes along music. The anthem that we identify as ๐’๐’–๐’“๐’”. In the year of 1898, the national anthem ๐‹๐ฎ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐  ๐‡๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ , formerly named as ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก๐š ๐๐š๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐š, was played at Kawit, Cavite during the historical proclamation of our independence. It was composed by ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐…๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐žฬ, which originally had no lyrics until ๐‰๐จ๐ฌ๐žฬ ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ๐š wrote a Spanish poem called ๐‘ญ๐’Š๐’๐’Š๐’‘๐’Š๐’๐’‚๐’” a year after, which matched the instrumental. Later on, the well known version of the Lupang Hinirang was finally revised and translated by ๐…๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ž ๐๐š๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐จ๐ง.

With these three gentlemen at the forefront, our anthem has made Filipinos ๐’–๐’๐’Š๐’•๐’†๐’…, sung with ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ. With the deep history of our beloved country in our minds, and only the future awaits our country.

As we celebrate this historic day, let us be reminded that our national heroes ๐’–๐’”๐’†๐’… ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’Š๐’“ ๐’—๐’๐’Š๐’„๐’† ๐’•๐’ ๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’—๐’† ๐’–๐’” ๐’‡๐’“๐’†๐’†๐’…๐’๐’Ž for the nation's liberty.
