📣SK Burol 3 NegoSyo Kart
“Kabuhayan para sa Kapwa Kabataan”

Para sa lahat ng aspiring young negosyante ages 18-30 yrs old, sumali at baka kayo na ang isa sa maswerteng manalo ng “Negosyo Kart” para sa inyong pangkabuhayan. 🛒

🔰Qualifications:
1. must be 18-30 yrs. old
2. must be a bonafide resident of Brgy. Burol 3
3. must be a registered voter of Brgy. Burol 3
4. one (1) entry per family
5. must be present on the Raffle Day

Requirements:
✅ Duly Accomplished Application Form
✅ Photocopy of Valid ID
✅ Certificate of Indigency (Purpose: SK NegoKart)

🔰How to Apply?
1. Application Forms are available at our SK Officials starting on November 9, 2023 | 4pm or look for PYAP President Monique Tenito.
2. Complete the requirements on or before November 13, 2023.
3. After submitting the application form and complete requirements, wait for further announcement of Sangguniang Kabataan Burol 3 for the list of qualified applicants.

- Six (6) SK NegoKarts only
- Please be guided na ang pagtanggap namin ng inyong application form ay hindi nangangahulugang tiyak na ang inyong slot.
