Here are the participants for the Voice Lessons Workshop – Catbalogan Leg! 🎶✨

See you on May 25 until May 27, 2026, at Balay Samarnon, Catbalogan City for three days of music, learning, and vocal training.

🕗 Workshop sessions will run daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Participants are reminded to bring:
✔️ Extra clothes
✔️ Your own water bottle/tumbler
✔️ Notebook and pen
✔️ Comfortable attire suitable for workshop activities

𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐊 𝐅𝐄𝐃 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐕𝐏, 𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐑

Mark Angelo Jay Cabanganan of Daram has been elected Vice President of the Samar SK Federation, succeeding his role as former Treasurer. Joining him in the new set of officers is Mark Nelson Cabarrubias of Motiong, who assumed office as the new PPSK Treasurer.

Both officials took their oath before SK Federation President Ingrid Cabarriban in a formal ceremony during the Samar Youth Work Convergence 2026, witnessed by representatives from the National Youth Commission (NYC) and the Provincial Department of the Interior and Local Government (PDILG).

It can be remembered that former SK Federation Vice President Jeyv Anne Lozano of Basey was elected as a regular Sangguniang Bayan Member in 2025, hence the need for the election.

The leadership transition signals continued momentum for youth governance in Samar.

The event was graced by the presence of Oceana Philippines, an international NGO, with other sector representatives and dignitaries.🇵🇭✨

𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎-𝒕𝒉𝒆-𝑽𝒂𝒖𝒍𝒕: Here’s our first rendition of “𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐄’𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒” (𝗣𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺 91) as arranged by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐬. Performed during the Daram National High School 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦.𝗬. 2025-2026 held last March 30, this invocation piece is a new addition to our doxology repertoire.🕊️✨

𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎-𝒕𝒉𝒆-𝑽𝒂𝒖𝒍𝒕: Here’s our rehearsal video of “𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗢” by 𝐌𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐑𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐲𝐚𝐛, National Artist for Music and arranged by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐉𝐫. Recorded last February 2026, this rough interpretation of a chorale classic was done in preparation for the 2nd Daram Fisherfolk Congress.
